APC’s Start-Up Service provides customers with APC® Authorized Personnel on-site to ensure proper Start-Up of your Matrix® UPS and Symmetra® Power Array. APC® will energize and check functionality of the system in all modes of operation to ensure compliance with stated technical specifications. For Start-UP of Symmetra® Power Array, the system must be electrically installed prior to the scheduled Start-Up visit. Performed on a 24x7 basis, the service allows the customer to schedule Start-Up Service outside normal business hours, including weekends and holidays. The service includes performing a comprehensive diagnostic and self test after the unit has been set up. Start-Up service is designed to deliver the vital resources, expertise, and tools needed to quickly and efficiently implement your APC® solution.
